Flavors of the Middle East: FRANCIS, the popular neighborhood eatery in Wanchai, is giving Hong Kong’s gourmets the chance to enjoy premium Middle Eastern flavors at home with the launch of its new hampers. Curated by FRANCIS chef Asher Goldstein, the hampers are filled with homemade spice blends and high-quality ingredients that allow customers to recreate the flavors of FRANCIS in the comfort of their own home. The hampers will change each season in order to take advantage of the best produce available. The current spring edition features spices like Za’atar, Zhoug, Sumac, Baharat, and Spiced Honey, along with Pomegranate Molasses, Harissa, and Labneh.
