Seasonal Bounties: Caprice Bar, the award-winning cocktail divan at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, has launched an exciting new menu concept in time for year-end festivities. Created by the hotel’s Beverage Manager, Lorenzo Antinori, the “Saisons” menu will feature a rotating list of seasonal cocktails that incorporate the freshest ingredients. The first menu has a collection of autumnal tipples, including the Highball-inspired Pear (featuring French crassene pear), the Old Fashioned-like Chestnut, and the Gimlet-style Celeraic. Each cocktail can be ordered as a non-alcoholic version and paired with decadent snacks from the Caprice kitchen.
