Time for Tea: For a limited time only, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is collaborating with Miyazaki Prefecture to launch a very special kumquat-themed afternoon tea. Renowned pastry chef Ringo Chan of Four Seasons Hotel is the mastermind behind this thoughtfully designed tea set, featuring premium-quality “Tama Tama” kumquats presented in a variety of sweet and savory delights, including hojicha kumquat Swiss roll, foie gras and kumquat-yuzu jelly mille feuille, and Four Seasons’ very own signature scones with kumquat marmalade. Miyazaki Prefecture, located in Kyushu Region, has the largest production of kumquats in Japan. Known for its nutritional value and distinct flavor, “Tama Tama” kumquats are only handpicked when naturally ripened, which takes about 210 days, giving them a vivid orange color and a delicate aroma.

Don’t forget to also try the “Miyazaki Warmer”, a warm and refreshing mocktail created by Head Bartender Imelda Ng of Four Seasons using kumquat and non-alcoholic spirit with a hint of thyme, lime and elderflower.

When? This not-to-be-missed afternoon tea set is available from January 25 to February 28, 2021.

Where? The Lounge and The Executive Club Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, 8 Finance Street, Central.

How much? The Lounge – Monday to Friday: $325 for 1 set / $618 for 2 sets. Weekend and Public Holidays: $345 for 1 set / $658 for 2 sets

Executive Club Lounge – Friday to Sunday: $888 for 2 sets including free-flow Prosecco.
