Window Wonders: Have you also got more intimate with your windows during the pandemic? There have been days in the past year where the only view we got of the outside world was through our windows. Carmen Ng, a Hong-Kong based contemporary water-colorist and ink painter, similarly finds comfort from looking and imagining the world through the framed glasses. In her first solo exhibition Flowers in the Window, Ng portrays dreamy and delightful interpretations of the world through bus windows, high-rise windows, foggy windows and more. With her vivid renderings and pastel color palette, the exhibition is a nod to simple pleasures and the power of imagination.
