Hike For A Cause: Originally conceived of as an army training exercise back in 1981, Oxfam Trailwalker sees teams of four walking 100km along the MacLehose Trail in 48 hours. It has grown into one of the largest fundraising hiking events in the city, with over 100,000 participants raising more than $600 million for charity since 1986.
