Clipper Lounge and Café Causette — two of the hotel’s favorite F&B outlets — will be serving a Festive Afternoon Tea stocked with sweet and savoury treats, extending one of the city’s most legendary traditions into 2018. The best part? The tea is being offered in collaboration with the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation. (HKAHF), and part of the proceeds will be donated to the charity. For extra festive cheer, elevate the experience with a glass of Ruinart “R” Brut Champagne ($150) or Ruinart Rosé Champagne ($210).
