Edible Art: This art month, The Peninsula Hong Kong presents the exclusive Felix Five Senses Art Experience menu at its 28th floor restaurant, Felix. Developed by new Chef de Cuisine Juan Gomez, the menu is a culinary take on artistic endeavours. Guests are invited to indulge all five senses at this edible feast. Start with semi-dried tomato and almond vanish ravioli with Jerusalem artichoke cream and Parmesan sable and finish with the well-balanced white chocolate textures, whisky chocolate ganache and verbena sorbet.
