Tales of Terror: Junji Ito is one of the best known manga master of our time. Notable for his horror manga, he is famous for creating a daunting yet captivating world with his distinguished drawing style. His works have been translated in 12 languages.
This October, Tsuen Wan’s The Mills will organise the “Immersive Journey of Junji Ito,” welcoming participants to walk into five of his most iconic stories. The exhibition will recreate detailed settings and life-size figures to bring the scenes of terror to life. The five areas include: “Lovesick Dead”, “Souichi’s Convenient Curse”, “Slug Girl”, “Town of No Roads” and “Tomie’s Haunted House”. The final area will feature background information about Junji Ito, and mini replicas of his manga characters.
