Women to Watch: Historically, there have always been fewer women collectors than men. But female collectors have been deservedly getting more spotlight in recent years. Duddell’s current exhibition “Curve Of Buoyancy” offers a rare glimpse into women collectors and their distinctive eye for contemporary art. The space will showcase 16 artworks collected by four female collectors, Mimi Brown, Karen Levy, Li Lin, and a private collector. The title is inspired by Wendell Dayton’s work ‘For Calder’ (1975), as the theme of “curves” runs through the exhibition to illustrate the fluidity of form.
