Cookies Galore: There were queues for miles (or at least it seemed like it) when Hong Kong’s most successful Instagram purveyor of cookies – Cookie Department – launched its pop-up at Landmark recently, and it looks like the brand is gearing up for similar success with its newly-launched pop-up at Upper House. Through the summer, head to the hotel’s 6th floor public space to snack on decadent cookies and coffee. You’ll find the brand’s most popular favorites – think Classic Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter – along with special editions every week. Upstairs, Café Gray Deluxe will be hosting a decadent Cookie Department x Upper House afternoon tea. The stars of the show are the three exclusive treats created by Cookie Department for the collaboration, including an incredibly moreish Sabatino Black Truffle Cheddar Biscuit, an Earl Gray Cookie, and a Mini Red Velvet Cupcake with Cream Cheese Frosting.
