The COBO Valentine’s Box for 2 is a five-course feast curated from the restaurant’s Chapter Three – Life Beneath Earth tasting menu and includes three appetizers, a choice of mains, and dessert. Treat your tastebuds to Spanish Octopus and Beetroot Chickpea Mash; Carabineros Prawns and Japanese Daikon with Ikura; Leek Mille-Feuille with Potato Roman; BURDOCK x PIGEON; and Sunchoke Ice-Cream. The decadent meal is accompanied by a bottle of Maison Mumm RSRV Cuvée 4.5 Champagne and three candles to help you set the mood.
