Ode to Chinese Opera: The Chinese Opera Festival celebrates 10 years of delivering xiqu performances from across the region to Hong Kong, along with a wealth of lectures, talks, screenings and exhibitions. This year sees groups such as the China National Peking Opera Company and Experimental Theatre of Liyuan Opera of Fujian performing at a variety of venues throughout the city, including the newly opened Xiqu Centre at the West Kowloon Cultural District.
