Milestone Moment: Chesa, the legendary Swiss restaurant at The Peninsula Hong Kong, is celebrating its 55th anniversary this month and is inviting everyone to join the party with a series of exclusive menus. Four unique menus will mark the occasion by celebrating Switzerland’s diverse culinary heritage. Expect signature birthday dishes like the Swiss-French salmon fillet pan-fried in brown butter with onions, chive potatoes, and creamed spinach, and the Swiss-Italian beef carpaccio with pine seeds, caper berries, and mountain cheese. Diners will also get to take home a commemorative souvenir and get to partake in a competition inspired by Swiss traditions.
