Art Month: It’s Art Month in town, which means Art Central is also taking place this month alongside Art Basel — and in the same venue at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre! Established in 2014 to showcase showcase Asian art from the 20th and 21st century, Art Central will be featuring Asia’s newest and most exciting galleries in a redesigned approach. Other than gallery booths, there will also be new sectors for Curated Booths, Solo Presentations and a special group exhibition to feature galleries unable to travel due to pandemic restrictions.

Look forward to the Gwo Wai booths, a newly introduced group exhibition Here/There, both developed by the Fair’s Curatorial Director Andre Chan, as well as Duk Dak Solo Presentations, a newly launched sector featuring emerging and established talent through solo artist projects. There will also be a programme of talks curated by Asia Society Hong Kong Centre.
