A Very Cheesey Happy Hour: Looking for a new way to celebrate the end of the work day? Then you’ll want to head straight over to Upper House. The elegant boutique hotel has transformed it tranquil 6th floor lawn into C’est Cheese – The House Cheeserie, an artisanal cheese and wine pop-up. Grab a perch on the steps and sample a grazing board heaped with cheese – expect to find truly unique products like VacherinFribougeois – alongside breads, crackers, grapes, nuts, and a homemade chutney. Of course, all this cheese should be washed down with a selection from the exclusive wine list put together by sommelier Leo Au. Top tip: you can enjoy 50% off selected bottles of wines between 5pm-7pm everyday! Now that’s a really happy hour.
When? Tuesday-Sunday, 5pm-11pm.
Where? The Lawn, 6/F, Upper House, Queensway, Admiralty.
How much? $275 (3 cheese) / $475 (5 cheese) / $675 (7 cheeses) – wine prices vary.
How to book? Bookings aren’t available for C’est Cheeese – just show up early and grab a spot.
