The elegant boutique hotel has transformed it tranquil 6th floor lawn into C’est Cheese – The House Cheeserie, an artisanal cheese and wine pop-up. Grab a perch on the steps and sample a grazing board heaped with cheese – expect to find truly unique products like VacherinFribougeois – alongside breads, crackers, grapes, nuts, and a homemade chutney. Of course, all this cheese should be washed down with a selection from the exclusive wine list put together by sommelier Leo Au. Top tip: you can enjoy 50% off selected bottles of wines between 5pm-7pm everyday! Now that’s a really happy hour.
