Odd Plants Galore: Other than your standard pretty flowers and leafy plants, the more quirky-looking succulents and caudex plants — which are tuberous, root-like plants — have been capturing the hearts of home gardeners. If you’re looking to bring home one of these bulbous miniatures, D2 Place is bringing together over 20 local succulents brands at a market this weekend. You’ll find a myriad varieties of caudex and succulents as well as handcrafted potteries from local and Japanese ceramists.

These odd plants often grow and form unexpected shapes, giving off a distinctly wild and funky attitude. Admire beautiful plants pots and exotic plants from local botanic brands such as Forest Round Round, Bulbasaur Nursery, and One Man Plants. If you’re new to the game, don’t forget to ask the stall owners directly for tips on how to take care of your succulent friends.

Where? The Garage, G/F, D2 Place Two, Cheung Sha Wan

When? Noon to 8pm, March 26 to 28, 2021
