A Very Camper Christmas: CAMPSITE, a unique, glamping-themed Quarry Bay restaurant that highlights campfire cuisine and offers fusion Western-Japanese food, has put togther a tempting Christmas menu that puts an upscale spin on traditional camp fare. The festive meal begins with Smoked Duck Breast in Orange Reduction and Isoyaki Abalone or Carved Roast Turkey with Stuffing, and an Oyster Bisque. Diners can then opt for one of three main dishes, which include 48-Hour Slow-cooked Prime Rib, Roast Iberico Pork Belly, and Grilled Black Cod with Crabmeat Salsa. To end the meal on a festive note, guests will enjoy a surprise Christmas dessert that will add a perfect seasonal touch.
