California Dreamin’: It’s one of the world’s leading wine-producing regions, but it doesn’t get that much love in Hong Kong – but that’s about to change. California Wine Month, an initiative by the California Wine Institute, aims to celebrate the diversity of wines from the Golden State through partnerships with more than 40 retailers, restaurants, and bars. Some restaurants, including Prohibition and Pondi, will even be doing exclusive menus and wine pairings for California Wine Month! The whole thing will end with a bag with the Sips of Summer pop-up shop that will be open from August 20-30 at Causeway Bay’s Fashion Walk.
