Hong Kong’s favorite American Bake Shop ‘Butter’ is kicking off spring with its new pop-up location. They’re serving up buttery, All-American cookie goodness at The Upper House to make their mark.

Helmed by Chef Karys Plaxe, the latest pop–up features the full range, all-American menu including Ginger Molasses and Chewy Oatmeal Raisin, and the newly added M&M and Butter’s Classic, a soft vanilla cookie with pink frosting and rainbow sprinkles.

To top it off, Butter Cookies extends to the 49th floor with an Americana-inspired afternoon tea by Chef Karys Plaxe and Chef Cary Docherty. Executive Chef of The Upper House. Butter Cookies’ exclusive mini Chocolate Chunk and mini Lemon Crinkle is complemented by Cary’s take on iconic American treats.
