Spring Fresh: Black Sheep Restaurants is celebrating the best fresh produce of spring with enticing new seasonal menus at Ho Lee Fook, Crown Super Deluxe, and Artemis & Apollo. The menus are the first in the brand’s “Plated” series of seasonal menus. At Ho Lee Fook, the Spring Sea Dragon menu ($488/person) features a main of succulent Australian Southern Rock lobster on a bed of e-fu noodles, all of which can be drenched in a ginger and shallot or garlic butter sauce. Diners will also enjoy the signature “Mom’s Dumplings,” along with a wing bean and edamame salad, and a playful dessert made with Chinese dates and yogurt sorbet. The “Spring Superior” menu at Crown Super Deluxe ($888) uses fresh sashimi, steamed Japanese clams, and fat-marbled A5 Wagyu Sirloin as its stars, while Artemis & Apollo’s “Feast of Persephone” menu ($288) features an array of mezze made with fresh spring vegetables, along with creamy hummus, labneh cheese, and roasted lamb chops. 

 

When? Available Mondays and Tuesdays for dinner through March.
