Edible Art: Brasserie on the Eighth at the Conrad is celebrating Dutch Days with a Van Gogh-themed dinner that offers dishes that take inspiration from the famous artist’s work. The restaurant has partnered up with lifestyle brand Van Gogh Senses and chef-duo The Buysse Brothers (who are behind the brand Blend) to come up with a colorful menu featuring everything from sweetbreads and steak tartare to Zeeland cockles. Paintings that you might recognize in the dishes include “Sunflowers” and “Wheatfield Under Thunderclouds.”
