An Italian Revamp: Italian Lan Kwai Fong hotspot Aria is elevating its dining experience with the addition of four new types of menu that are sure to delight guests with their innovation. The restaurant’s à la carte menu is getting a sprucing up with new dishes that showcase Zamboni’s contemporary sensibilities and fine, fresh produce sourced from across the world. Standout dishes from the menu include the Spring Onion Risotto which uses the whole onion in three different preparations; and the Seasonal Fruit and Vegetable Tatin, Apulian Prawn, Stracciatella, and Lovage. For lunch, Aria has also launched a new Executive Lunch menu that is a great option for wining and dining clients. The four-course meals feature high-quality preparations that can be enjoyed in an hour—dishes change every 10 days. Finally, inspired by his mom and memories of home—especially after not being able to go back to Italy amidst the pandemic—Zamboni has created the Mama’s Home Cooking Menu. Available for both lunch and dinner, this menu features classic Italian comfort foods that offer homey trattoria-style eats in an elevated style, such as the decadent Tagliatelle with Beef Bolognese.
