On February 26, Songs for Children is bringing Andrew Hung for his very first live performance in Hong Kong.

Don’t worry, these aren’t literal kids’ tunes: Founded in 2009, Songs for Children works with new indie bands in Hong Kong, including the likes of The Drums, Dinosaur Jr, Carl Barat, Yuck, Mojave 3, and The Jesus and Mary Chain.

You might recognize Hung from F*ck Buttons, where he’s half of the electronic duo. You can listen to his new solo LPs Rave Cave and Rave Cave 2 on repeat and always hear something new thanks to the trippy melodies and layered compositions.

For his Hong Kong debut, Hung will be performing at Social Room alongside an old-school video-game VJ set by Mike Mystery. Here’s a preview of Star Ferry Dub…
