Breaking Bread: Popular chef-owner of Bakehouse, Gregoire Michaud, will open the doors to his baking headquarters Bread Elements in Chai Wan for a day to offer an insider look at its daily operations this September 7. In a joint event with Slow Food Hong Kong, and with The Loop HK as proud media sponsor, participants will discover why Bread Elements’ breads are some of the best and most-talked-about in town! After a bread-making factory tour, live demonstration, and a Q&A with Gregoire himself, everyone will also get to dig into a delectable batch of the freshly baked goods.
Gregoire will be donating all proceeds (minus administrative costs) from the event to a worthy cause, and Slow Food Hong Kong has chosen food waste fighter Food Angel as the recipient. Space is extremely limited – successful registration is on a first-come, first-served basis!
When? 3pm-5pm, September 7, 2019.

How much? $250 per person for non-members, which includes 1 year membership to Slow Food. $200 per person for Slow Food members.
