Thrills & Chills: The AIA Carnival 2018 is back again, and it’s celebrating its fifth anniversary with a brand new look and even more prizes, games, and rides than ever before. The Great Circus of Europe returns with its breathtaking acrobats, while local celebrity chef Christian Yang presents a special range of carnival snacks.
