Feliz Navidad: One Minden Tapas Kitchen, helmed by executive chef Antonio Moran, is offering a hearty and festive tasting menu and all-you-can-eat brunch this Christmas.

The six-course, $425-per-head festive tasting menu presents the restaurant’s best dishes, including a fine hand-cut 36-month Bellota ham, an east-meets-west Iberico pork cheek bao, and a traditional seafood paella that is made from the house-made lobster stock. Spanish wines and free-flow Cava are available to go alongside the dishes.

On the weekends and public holidays during Christmas and New Year week, there will be a special $278-per-person all-you-can-eat brunch menu featuring all of the delectable tapas you would typically find at a Spanish brunch table, as well as roast turkey with stuffing and all the trimmings, served straight from the carving table.

When? December 1, 2016 to January 2, 2017.
