Under the Sea: In celebration of Valentine’s Day and “La Garoinada”, an annual gastronomic festival in Gerona that focuses on the sea urchin harvest, Spain, One Minden Tapas Kitchen will be offering an exclusive six-course Valentine’s Day tasting menu featuring Spanish sea urchin-infused delicacies.
The Valentine’s Day tasting menu starts with a complimentary glass of cava and a refreshing bite of Spanish sea urchin Montadito for starter. A tuna tartare with avocado cream and quail egg comes next, followed by two rich and flavorful traditional Spanish dishes: the red prawn fideuà and the Catalan fish stew. Choose from a slow-cooked oxtail or a smoked chicken liver ballotine for the main course — both are served with Spanish sea urchin. Last but not least: dessert is a delightful Crème Catalan.
