A Multisensory Curriculum Of Food: Slow Food Hong Kong’s Education Subcommittee has just launched ‘A Multisensory Curriculum’ for youngsters to experience the diversity and variety of food using their sight, smell, touch, taste and hearing before communicating their findings in worksheets.
The 60-page booklet is based on Slow Food International’s curriculum but adapted for local usage and is completely free to download. Enjoy quality time with your child, while encouraging them to explore the world while staying at home.
Where? At home!
