Brunch Crunch: SoHo newcomer 12,000 Francs is ready to launch brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and make no mistake: there will be no haphazard buffet or pre-cooked dishes here. Executive chef Conor Beach will be cooking appetizers and mains by the order.
Start with breakfast-inspired sharing dishes like homemade sourdough donuts with chocolate glaze; kimchi deviled eggs or Duroc Serrano ham with pickled veggies. Then choose from wagyu steak and eggs; hearty smoked jowl bacon salad; pastrami cheeseburgers and more for mains.
Need a drink or three to go with all that food? Get your fair share of prosecco, signature Bloody Madams and wines at an extra $190 a pop — or go all the way with on-tap artisanal gin and tonics, signature Bloody Madams, a bigger wine selection, as well as newly arrived boutique champagne brand Janisson & Fils, at $290 extra per head.
When? Saturdays and Sundays, 11:30am OR 1:30pm.
Where? 12,000 Francs, G/F, Elgin Building, 43A Elgin Street, SoHo.
How much? $290 per person. Option free-flow at $190 to $290 per person. Kids’ menu available.
How to book? Call 2529-3100.
