Brunch Crunch: SoHo newcomer 12,000 Francs is ready to launch brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and make no mistake: there will be no haphazard buffet or pre-cooked dishes here. Executive chef Conor Beach will be cooking appetizers and mains by the order.

Start with breakfast-inspired sharing dishes like homemade sourdough donuts with chocolate glaze; kimchi deviled eggs or Duroc Serrano ham with pickled veggies. Then choose from wagyu steak and eggs; hearty smoked jowl bacon salad; pastrami cheeseburgers and more for mains.
