Food courts are nothing new to Hong Kong, where most shopping malls feature their own version of food courts housing several to dozens of vendors. But we’re loving this new trend of premium food halls — following the opening of BaseHall in Landmark last year, last week saw the launch of Graham St Food Hall from the team behind La Viña and Smoke & Barrels.

With both indoor and outdoor seating as well free WiFi and charging ports, Graham St Food Hall opens daily from 10am to 10pm with five vendors offering international sweet and savory dining options. Enjoy a premium Japanese-style hamburg steak donburi bowls at Hambāgā, where you can customize your protein choice, egg style and more to your taste.

Or pick from the American South-inspired menu at Smoke & Barrels, serving up classic comfort food such as beef brisket, Italian sausage, pastrami pork ribs and chicken. If you fancy some pizza, Motown Pizza & Wings is there with cheesy Detroit-style pizza and chicken wings.

Those with a sweet tooth will not be disappointed as well. There’ll be basque burnt cheesecakes from La Viña, as well as artisanal bean-to-bar chocolates from Spain at Casa Cacao.

Starting from June, the venue will also feature special offers each day of the week, as well as weekly events including trivia nights, flea markets and pet adoption days.
