In support of the #onigiriforlove campaign, which was first started in Japan by chefs Hisato Hamada and Yoshihiro Narisawa, two-Michelin-starred Chef Richard Ekkebus of Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Chef Matt Abergel of RŌNIN and Elliot Faber and Chef Vincent Ladislao of Sake Central has joined forces to launch the Hong Kong chapter of #onigiriforlove.
From July 20 to August 1, you can buy limited-edition onigiris created by nine renowned local chefs at the special Landmark pop-up, available from 11am to 8pm every day. There will be a choice of five onigiris per day.
Don’t forget to get an #onigiriforlove branded Sake from Sunday’s Distribution and drinks by Kimino to pair with your Japanese rice balls.
All the profits made will be donated to two local charity organisations: Feeding Hong Kong and Impact HK.
