Fellow beer enjoyers, October might have ended but it doesn’t mean our beer gardens are completely out of the picture. Enter Electric City 9th Shenzhen Craft Beer Fest, the city’s annual celebration of beer culture, live music and getting together.
Taking place at the convenient location that is Shenzhen Eye, this event only requires you to take a quick train ride to Gangxia North Station and take the Exits 2 through 6. Keep your eyes peeled for more details.

Explore the art of cinema beyond Hollywood blockbusters and local productions through the Hong Kong Asia Film Festival 2023. With each film handpicked among nominees of the Cannes Film Festival, Berlin International Film Festival and beyond, the impressive screening schedule headlines acclaimed titles such as 13 Assassins, This Woman and Tiger Stripes, some even with the filmmaker in attendance so you can show your appreciation in person with a standing ovation.

If you agree, make sure to mark your schedule for the upcoming Cyberfeminism Index: Lecture Performance and Conversation with Mindy Seu. Starting with a lecture performance combining AR technology and overhead camera, this experience immerses you with simulated imagery from the online world. A talk and book signing will follow, granting you the chance to understand Seu’s work from her own perspective.

Coffee and chill sounds nice, doesn’t it? Make this a reality and meet like-minded individuals at Coffee•PARK Shenzhen, a festival celebrating the coffee and slow-living culture.
Enjoy artisanal coffee and learn pro tips from baristas up close in more than 50 booths representing different local cafes; and friendly reminder: go easy on the caffeinated beverages.

Participated by Hong Kong Public Libraries, the Hong Kong Science Museum and more museums we may have overlooked before, this city-wide “Fiesta of Imagination” hosts a lineup of thrilling events for everyone, from After-Dark Safari Party and local heritage exhibitions to extensive screenings on the legendary life of Bruce Lee.
