Tai Hing has dreamed up an extra Hong Kong dish: Gold Leaf Flakes Charsiu. Tai Hing is marrying their classic tender charsiu, also known as Chinese barbecue pork, with gold leaf flakes, the symbol of indulgence.
From now until October 31, you can get a free upgrade of gold leaf flakes charsiu when you order a charsiu rice at Tai Hing on Mondays and Wednesdays.
The charsiu is made fresh at each branch everyday. The secret recipe results in juicy meat, and a caramelized edge. With the added gold flakes, it’s an excessive top-up that’s perfectly Hong Kong.
