Lobby Lounge’s ‘Find Your Shangri-La’ Afternoon Tea takes you on a fantastical gastronomic voyage, while Lobster Bar’s specially designed cocktails, including The Daydreamer and Taste of Eden, promise to inspire and delight your senses. DarkSide at Rosewood Hong Kong introduces a new ‘Classics from the ’90s’ cocktail menu, featuring eight modern classics that defined the decade. The menu includes iconic drinks such as the Midori Sour, Rosita, and Cable Car, recreated with high-quality ingredients and award-winning flair. The cocktail creations can be enjoyed alongside live music performances every evening from 8 pm. DarkSide also serves The Art of Mahjong cocktail list, inspired by the iconic tile-based game. Cocktails are priced at HKD170 plus a 10% service charge.
The Praya, a new contemporary Cantonese restaurant, has opened at One-Eight-One Hotel in Shek Tong Tsui.
