WHISK at The Mira Hong Kong welcomes Chef Paolo Griffa from Aosta, Italy, for a unique four-hands dinner with “Rising Star” Chef William Lau on June 1 and 2. Chef Griffa’s Michelin-starred cuisine reflects the rich culinary heritage of the Aosta Valley, while Chef Lau’s French-Japanese craft adds innovative flair. Mott 32 Gets its First Facelift Since Opening in 2014

Mott 32 Hong Kong has undergone a renewal after nine years, featuring a refreshed main dining area and bar, as well as five enhanced private dining rooms. The updated design elements reflect the changing times and reinforce the blend of Chinese authenticity and Western flair that Mott 32 is known for.


Simon Rogan and Michihiro Haruta Unite for Exclusive Four-Hands Menu at Roganic Hong Kong

Chef Simon Rogan and Chef Michihiro Haruta of Crony Tokyo will showcase a special international guest chef collaboration at Roganic Hong Kong for two nights only on June 10 and 11. The menu will feature 13 courses of stunning dishes showcasing local, organic, and seasonal ingredients. The dinner will be paired with a selection of rare wines curated by the Roganic team. The event promotes a positive message for the future of sustainable dining.

A Taste of ‘A Bottle of Drinkable Art’ at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong has partnered with ZUNTE MEZCAL to offer a unique mezcal pairing dinner and special cocktails at Waterfall Bar. ZUNTE MEZCAL is an organic and sustainable mezcal handcrafted by Mezcal Master Abel Neolasco and his family in Mexico, using only Maguey Espadin Agave in San Luis Del Río. The collaboration runs from May to July, offering a chance to taste and learn about the history and flavors of this exceptional spirit. From now until 31st July, Waterfall Bar will be serving 3 special Mezcal cocktails curated by our Head Mixologist Drew. They are Cactus Mezcal Michelada, Violet Velvet, and HK Paloma.


The Peninsula Hong Kong presents “All Things Turkish” Afternoon Tea at The Lobby

The Peninsula Hotels is celebrating the opening of The Peninsula Istanbul with a series of Turkish-themed culinary creations, including a special “All Things Turkish” Afternoon Tea menu. Created by Group Executive Chef Florian Trento, the menu highlights traditional ingredients and cuisine from Turkey, featuring both savory and sweet treats. The special menu is available at The Lobby of The Peninsula Hong Kong until June 7, 2023, with prices starting at HK$ 488 for one person and HK$ 868 for two.


The Tiffany Blue Box Café’s Spring/Summer Afternoon Tea Set

The Tiffany Blue Box Café is offering a Spring/Summer Afternoon Tea Set and Executive Lunch Set on weekdays. The tea set includes bite-sized sweets like a refreshing honeydew melon cake and savory options like a Caviar Lobster Tart. How Mortlach’s bold flavors are showcased in Hong Kong’s iconic restaurants

Hong Kong’s iconic restaurants, including Hansik Goo, Ying Jee Club, and Testina, are teaming up with Mortlach whisky for an exclusive pairing collaboration from May 1st to June 30th. The limited-edition menus feature signature dishes paired with different aged editions of Mortlach whisky, highlighting the spirit’s robust palate and versatility.

Hansik Goo’s Mortlach Whisky Pairing Menu is available from 1st May to 30th June 2023 and is priced at HK$1,398 per person plus a 10% service charge for the tasting menu, and HK$738 + 10% service charge for the whisky pairing. The Mortlach Whisky Menu is available at Ying Jee Club throughout May and June 2023 and is priced at HK$1,980 per person plus a 10% service charge (with a minimum order for two) for the tasting menu, and an additional HK$800 plus a 10% service charge for the whisky pairing.
