Auor Unveils a New Seasonal Lunch Dinner Tasting Menu

Award-winning Singaporean chef Edward Voon of Auor welcomes the spring season by unveiling an exciting new lunch and dinner experience. Six additional caviar-based appetizer courses begin the evening’s culinary adventures, followed by a new Six Rounds dinner menu. Auor is now also serving a three- or four-course wine-paired Menu du Jour lunch menu from Wednesday to Friday, and five courses on Saturday.

New Research Revealed that Hong Kong Has the Cheapest Michelin-Starred Dining Experience in the World

Study By Spin Genie

Hong Kong has the lowest Michelin dining cost score according to Spin Genie’s study coming at 7.64, making it the cheapest location for Michelin-starred dining. The most common cuisine is Cantonese food with plenty of outside culinary influence.

Indulge your Spring palate with Feather & Bone’s Signature Dishes

Feather & Bone has always been noted for its Beef Wellington and is now excited to introduce the reimagined creation – Salmon en Croûte, also known as Salmon Wellington, to the menu. Skillfully crafted with fresh Norwegian salmon fillet and beautifully wrapped in latticed pastry, seasoned with slices of citrus fruits, dill, and fennel, the dish is perfectly matched with J.C. Tea Pairing Lunch Event at Nam Fong

Nam Fong, the Cantonese restaurant of Le Meridien Hong Kong, is holding a special Tea Pairing Lunch with Chef Quentin Leung. The Chef has prepared curated Cantonese dishes that pair ideally with refined teas. A Mad Dinner 5.0 with A Spark of Madness comes to Test Kitchen

Cookbook author Simran Savlani has teamed up again with Test Kitchen for her pop-up dining series, A Mad Dinner. A Mad Dinner returns for its fifth installment with a brand new eight-course menu that dares to spark your palette. The three-night food adventure will be held at Test Kitchen Sai Ying Pun on the 27th, 28th, and 29th of April 2023.
