Twist & Buckle Takes North Point by Storm with Grand Opening of Second Location on May 6
Churro Sundaes and Dulce de Leche Filled Churros in one place?! Twist & Buckle is opening up their second location in North Point to satisfy any sweet tooth. Each bite is a heavenly explosion of flavors and textures that is sure to make every customer leave feeling satisfied. Not only are the filled churros exclusively for the North Point location, but so is the Build Your Own Sundae option.

Cornerstone Welcomes New Seasonal Dishes that Reflect the Culinary Heritage of Chef Neal Ledesma
Cornerstone, the contemporary bistro from The Arcane Collective, led by Chef de Cuisine Neal Ledesma, welcomes a new selection of seasonally inspired dishes to its a la carte offering. New additions to Cornerstone’s starter selection include White Asparagus (HK$218) served with moringa pesto; Beef Carpaccio (HK$168) peppered with Sichuan spice; and a delicately cooked Sakura Prawn Fritter(HK$168) mixed with a vibrant pumpkin puree. Main courses include a new take on Cornerstone’s signature sustainably sourced octopus, this time with a Cantonese-inspired spin – “CHAR SIU” Glazed Octopus (HK$308).
The new seasonal dishes are available at Cornerstone now. A set dinner menu is available from Monday to Wednesday every week, for HK $488pp and an optional wine pairing for an additional HK $288pp.

Tate Dining Room to Host a Special Michelin-Starred Dining Collab with Chef Vicky Lau & Chef Pam Soontornyanakij
On 17th and 18th May 2023, two MICHELIN-starred TATE Dining Room is set to host a powerhouse chef collaboration between its own chef current Tatler Dining Asia’s Chef of the Year, Chef Vicky Lau, and visiting chef Pam Soontornyanakij of one MICHELIN-starred Restaurant Potong, one of Bangkok’s current hottest tables. The special TATE x Potong four-hands menu will be available for dinner on Wednesday 17th May, and both lunch and dinner on Thursday 18th May.

Vista Bar in collaboration with Campari has opened up at the Penthouse of One Peking, set against majestic panoramic views of the Hong Kong skyline. The “Eight Shades of Red” cocktail series has been specially created by Livorno-born Creative Bar Director Lorenzo Coppola. Among the new signature cocktails are the show-stopping Peking (One) Duck, an indulgent concoction of duck fat and tamarind washed Montelobos Espadin mezcal, blood orange, cassis, and green apple yogurt mousse, and Beet Me Softly, a deep red mix of vodka, raspberry, beetroot shrub, and white chocolate.

Chinesology Joins Forces with Four Iconic Local Brands for a Captivating “Flavours of Hong Kong” Culinary Experience
Chef Saito harbors a profound appreciation for local culture and has consistently aspired to showcase Hong Kong’s flavors and craftsmanship on a grander stage. Striking a balance between tradition and innovation, Chef Saito has proactively collaborated with four well-established local brands, each with a history spanning over 70 years in Hong Kong: Tiu Yuen Soy Company, Ser Wong Fun, Lee Hoong Kee, and Kam Hing Noodles.
