Shake Shack’s Buffalo Chicken Limited-Time Menu
Indulge in some classic New York-style spicy & tangy flavors at Shake Shack this spring. From 4th April to 24th May, Buffalo Chicken’s limited-time menu combines bold, rich flavors with its premium white and dark meat chicken burgers, chicken bites, and fries. No need to sweat though – the perfect cooling ranch sauce is also launching to complement the custom spice blend.
Shahrazad Lebanese’s Newly-launched Weekday Five Course Set-Lunch and Weekend Semi-Buffet Brunch Menus
The newly launched weekday five-course set lunch is available from Monday to Friday, from 12 pm to 3 pm, and is priced from HK$188 per person, including the soup of the day, a choice of salad and cold Mezze, a choice of hot Mezze, one main and dessert. Additionally, Shahrazad Lebanese has launched an exciting and authentic new brunch menu, bringing the concept of the wonderful Lebanese family weekend meal to the heart of Central.

Sen-Ryo’s 18th Anniversary Special Menu
To celebrate its 18th anniversary, sen-ryo proudly presents the “18th Anniversary Special Menu”, and the major theme of the menu is “Oyster”, providing a series of exquisite dishes to surprise diners. The menu will be out in two phases, the first phase is available from 4th April to 16th May 2023 with carefully selected oysters from different prefectures in Japan every week. The second phase will be available between 17th May to 18th June 2023 where another cooking method is used to exude surprisingly satisfying flavors.
New Dishes & Classical Performances at Chutney’s
Central’s contemporary Indian restaurant Chutney Tandoor House has invited India-renowned Sitar and Tabla musicians, Fateh Ali and Nawaz Ali to perform a selection of classical Indian music for the guests, during the dinner service from 7 pm onwards, from 14 to 28 April 2023. Whilst listening to some classical music, spoil yourself with the new menu by Chef Kumar. Highlights include Sarson Malai Jheenga, crispy shrimp marinated with mustard, fresh curry leaves, black salt, and lemon and served with a tangy mustard sauce; Scallop Moilee Curry, the perfectly pan-seared scallops from Hokkaido served with Southern Indian flavors.

The 1940s-themed speakeasy restaurant and bar Foxglove unveils its new signature food and cocktail menus inspired by the enigmatic essence of romance, mystery, and allure. Each signature menu is inspired by the love affair of English aristocrat Frank Minza and a
mystical Eurasian burlesque dancer named Mrs. Pound. Their epicurean adventures in the streets of Shanghai unfold through a story of bold East-Asian flavors and a signature cocktail menu inspired by Frank’s talented friends — for us known as iconic musicians of their era.
