Get ready for a scrumptious weekend brunch at VEDA with their all-new CHA CHA CHA Brunch! Indulge in unlimited vegetarian Indian street food-inspired snacks (chaat) for just HKD$398, with the option to add two hours of free-flow Champagne for HKD$368. Feast on VEDA’s classic Silk Route Momos, Samosa Chaat, Avo Sev Puri, Spiced Gobi 65 and Onion Bhaji Okonomiyaki. End the meal on a sweet note with G’Jam Cake and basque-style Cheesecake. The Cha Cha Cha Brunch is available every weekend and public holiday from 12 pm- 6 pm.

1st & Beaudry

Experience LA’s vibrant food scene at 1st & Beaudry in Wong Chuk Hang! Led by Chef Esdras Ochoa, the restaurant offers modern American cuisine with influences from around the world. Indulge in authentic brunch-style dishes like Sunset Boulevard, a vegetable-forward salad bursting with color and flavor, or Niko’s Salad, a delicious twist on the classic nicoise. For something warm and comforting, try the M.B. Chowdah or the Farmer Sarkis sandwich. Don’t miss out on their innovative taco creations like the East of Crenshaw or the Baja Glitch. 1st & Beaudry is open Monday to Friday, 11 am-4 pm, and for brunch, every day starting August.

ICHU

ICHU, a contemporary Nikkei restaurant, and bar in Hong Kong’s Central district, has announced the arrival of Executive Chef Andrés Rendón and a new a la carte menu & Saturday Brunch showcasing the best of Nikkei cuisine. ICHU’s Saturday Brunch menu offers a selection of dishes from the a la carte menu, including ceviches, tartars, and grilled seafood, as well as brunch favorites such as Eggs Benedict with Iberico ham and avocado, and French Toast with caramelized banana and whipped cream. Guests can also enjoy free-flow drinks, including Champagne, wines, and cocktails while relaxing on the newly renovated terrace and listening to live DJ sets.

Savvy, the trendy lifestyle dining destination in Harbour City, is now serving up a weekend brunch buffet that is sure to tantalize your taste buds. Adults can enjoy a complimentary serving of lobster thermidor, while children can sip on unlimited juices. Join Yamm for a much-anticipated summer brunch, available only 5 times every 2 weeks in July and August. The Steakhouse
