Sip & Celebrate: Bino N’ Booze launches the hottest boozy hotpot dining experience, inspired by traditional Hong Kong flavors.
Bino N’ Booze is the newest hotpot eatery to join Sham Shui Po’s bustling food scene, with a hearty menu that pays homage to traditional Hong Kong flavors. Diners can enjoy one-of-a-kind items, including four alcohol-infused signature soup bases, two specialty dumplings with unique flavor combinations, and fresh hand-cut steer meats prepared daily.
The four signature soups’ bases highlight quintessential Hong Kong flavors, infused with alcohol. This adds an intriguing dimension to the flavor profile. Throughout the meal, the signature soup bases are on tap and regularly replenished, adding layers of fun dining experience, while rebalancing the heated flavors. The 4 soup bases are The Signature Red Wine Oxtail and Tomato Soup, The BnB Seafood Soup, The Hua Diao Chinese Herbal Soup, and The Pig Tripe and Chicken in Beer Soup.
In celebration of the Grand Opening, Bino N’ Booze will be offering one fresh lobster (worth $488) for every $1,500 spent on menu items. Lobsters will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
