This city’s stress level is usually pretty high already, but with the ongoing virus situation, it’s easy to suffer a bit of cabin fever when you’re couped up at home for weeks on end. We’ve rounded up some of our favorite spots to get zen around town, and if you are #StayingIn, they’re offering virtual classes too.
Enhale Meditation Studio
One of the first stand-alone meditation studios in Hong Kong, Enhale is a peaceful sanctuary for busy urbanites around the Central area to sneak a moment of calm and zen into their crazy schedule. Offering everything from breathwork and mindfulness meditation to sound bath, energy meditations and beyond, there will be a class for even the least spiritually inclined.
Now you can book online meditation sessions, private astrology or tarot readings and more.
14/F, The Plaza, 21 D’Aguilar Street, Central, 9385-8389.
Red Doors Studio
Home to Asia’s largest collection of Gongs, Red Doors Studio in Wong Chuk Hang is a sacred space for meditation, Kundalini yoga classes and gong baths of different kinds. Scheduled around astrological events like full moon and Spring Equinox, as well as meaningful causes like International Women’s Day, their sessions are always conducted with intention and focus. If you’re new to gong baths, you can always just drop in for Power Nap, a quick 20-minute gong bath that will give you deep relaxation and a mid-day refresh.
While they have changed their schedule and capacity per government’s requirement, they will also be offering online sessions — keep a lookout via their calendar.

Apart from hosting regular yoga and meditation classes, their doors are also open to people for a quiet moment of pause during the day. For the more spiritually inclined, you can also book yourself in for self-mastery training sessions.
They will now be offering online sessions for yoga, meditation and wisdom teachings.
