Founded by Aussie best friends Cara Grogan and Melanie Barnish, Genie Juicery started out as a juice cleanse concept, and has since expanded to include a wide range of healthy beverages, from nut milks to cleansing waters, but the main focus is still on juice. The juices blend a mix of fruits, vegetables and superfoods like chia seeds and spirulina to create drinks such as The Master (lemon, lime, acai, maple, cayenne, chia, $55) and Cheeky Monkey (banana, mint, spinach, cacao nibs, almond, medjool date, vanilla bean, pink Himalayan salt, $70). You can find supplements and raw and organic snacks at the cafe, too.

Try its daily-delivered smoothies, shots, algaes and juices, from Lucky Strike (pineapple, grapefruit, red apple, lime, lemon, camu camu, chia seeds) to the cheeky Afternoon Delight (red apple, pear, strawberry).
