We at The Loop HK love a good feast, but fuelling one’s body with fruits and veggies is a treat in itself. We’ve rounded up our favorite juice bars in the city, which present truly delicious solutions to getting your daily vitamins.
Founded by Aussie best friends Cara Grogan and Melanie Barnish, Genie Juicery started out as a juice cleanse concept, and has since expanded to include a wide range of healthy beverages, from nut milks to cleansing waters, but the main focus is still on juice. The juices blend a mix of fruits, vegetables and superfoods like chia seeds and spirulina to create drinks such as The Master (lemon, lime, acai, maple, cayenne, chia, $55) and Cheeky Monkey (banana, mint, spinach, cacao nibs, almond, medjool date, vanilla bean, pink Himalayan salt, $70). You can find supplements and raw and organic snacks at the cafe, too.
