Bakehouse by Grégoire Michaud is opening its first bakery in Stanley this month. Ever since 2018 when it first opened its doors, the bakery by the former Four Seasons pastry chef has gained a cult following. Hong Kong’s love for Bakehouse’s tarts and pastries never seemed to expire — that’s why it is opening its fourth branch in Stanley while it continues to serve the neighborhoods in Soho Central, Wan Chai and Tsim Sha Tsui.
Inspired by artisanal bakeries in the streets of Europe, Bakehouse serves fresh sourdough and fine pastries, as well as quick light meals like sandwiches and toasties during lunch hour.
