Sai Kung Hoi Arts Festival makes its return this November to show you the beauty of Hong Kong’s coastal outskirts through experiences in arts, culture and exploration. This year’s edition takes you to a total of four islands (some were not open to the public previously) with over 400 free guided tours, and more than 90 free public programs in and outside of the neighborhood.
